Ink and ink in northern Xinjiang (not only desert smoke, but also small bridges, flowing water, people)

Spread the love

From the Kumutage Desert in Turpan at 78.9 degrees Celsius to the Bayinbulak Prairie where you need to wear a down jacket, from the rain and morning fog of the Nalati steppe to the stars and sunrise of the Hemu, from Wolong Bay in Kanas to the Devil The Yadan landscape of the city, from the broad purity of Sailimu Lake to the white snow-capped mountains of Tianshan Tianchi. I used ten days to take you to the north of Xinjiang.
In June, it was the annual graduation season. Looking at the youthful face wearing black robes and blue robes in the school, I took my bag again and started my journey, perhaps because the girl in the north was born with natural bones. The world is wide, and this trip I chose the northern part of the motherland. The imaginary northern Xinjiang is a yellow sand Gobi. The hundred miles of grass are not born, and a pair of deserts are solitary. However, this trip has refreshed my impression of northern Xinjiang. It is like an ink painting of a motherland map on the Internet. It has yellow sand next door, green grassland, and blue sky of lake and sky.
The northern Xinjiang in my eyes is not only the desert smoke, but also the small bridge, the flowing water, and the people.
Turpan Flame Mountain: The surface temperature is as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
Kumutage Desert: The excitement of feeling under the heat waves.
Bayinbulak Prairie: Just after the rain, the sun shines through the clouds, like a fairy veil.
Nalati Prairie: If you set foot on this land after the rain, you can’t tell whether it is a mountain or a forest, whether it is fog or clouds.
Sailimu Lake: Pure lake water and sky are connected in a line, from near to far, from gray blue to blue-green, and finally pure blue.
Devil City: The Yadan landform carved by the wind, in addition to the magical work of nature, no one can know how to create such beautiful works of art.
     The stars of Hemu Village: In order to take a look at this beautiful starry sky at night, you can’t sleep peacefully;
Early morning sunrise in Hemu Village: As early as early in the morning, I hope to climb for the beautiful sunrise. Feel the hope of the golden sway of the sun to the big area.
Kanas Lake: The blue waters of the lake are not only hidden by water monsters, but also by people who do not want to leave.
Colorful beach: The fascinating is not the water, but the Yadan landform like the five-color lake.
Tianshan Tianchi: It is already unclear whether the snow-capped mountains are reflected in the lake, or the lake is reflected in the pure sky. The lake, the snow-capped mountains and the blue sky are simply beautiful.
    about me:
After 90, the sister is one, not soft, like reading books, watching movies, traveling. Just finished the life of the student party, so I have to go out to play twice at least once a year. I like to take pictures and record the beautiful scenery. Compared with the exquisite Jiangnan style, I prefer the natural and bold.
Traveling to me is like being part of life. When work and study are too static, or when there is a lot of mood swings, I always choose to go on a trip and go to a strange environment. To get to know a group of strange partners.
Like reading, watching movies, traveling and photography. If you are the same, welcome to add my Sina Weibo and share your feelings.

    Objects needed:
ID card (the key point here, the most important thing in Xinjiang is to carry your ID card with you. Because you enter the city, you need to get off the bus to check your ID card, live in a hotel, even a large shopping mall, and you need a personal certificate in public places. Verification), commonly used drugs (Xinjiang air is relatively dry, so bring some gunpowder, anti-inflammatory drugs), sunscreen (very strong UV in some areas), sunglasses, sun hats or umbrellas, sun protection clothing, anti-mosquito liquid (summer must Prepare), one set of clothes all year round (if the travel time is too long, you can bring a few more pieces, the climate in Xinjiang is very variable, the down jacket must bring one).
    About transportation:
In the northern Xinjiang region, you can choose to charter or train. There are also convenient public transportation and taxis in the urban area. The starting price for taxis is 10 yuan.
    About consumption:
Xinjiang is different from inland. Shopping is measured in kilograms. These small partners need to pay attention.
    About the language:
The population of the Han nationality in Xinjiang is no longer a minority. Especially in Urumqi, almost all of them are spoken in Mandarin. Even in ethnic minority areas, people speak Mandarin, so there is no need to worry.
About security: Now Xinjiang is probably the safest province and city in China, and there is no one. Therefore, you can choose to travel freely or with a group of friends.
Regarding the time: Xinjiang has a two-hour error compared to the mainland. For example, the 10 o’clock in Xinjiang is like the mainland at around 8 o’clock in the evening.
About accommodation: There are many youth hostels, chain hotels and star-rated hotels in Xinjiang, which can be booked online. Recommend the Xinjiang Mustang Silk Road Station Cultural Theme Salon Hotel, there is a wild horse area to visit, ecological park area, breakfast, there is a bus stop sign, about 600 / room. Http://
Xinjiang Zunmao Yindu Hotel has convenient transportation, clean and comfortable environment, large room area, and good service staff attitude, around 800/room. Http://
    About food:
Fruit: Summer July: apricot, cantaloupe, watermelon, August: grapes.
    Local cuisine:
Local cuisine: Baked buns, can be said to be the best buns I have ever eaten, the crispy skin is baked, the meat inside is beef and onion, and the amount of stuffing is very good.
Meatball Soup: Large quantities, beef balls, mushrooms, greens and fans, and complimentary small rolls and side dishes.
Baked 馕: The baked glutinous rice cake, plus a bowl of milk tea, is really suitable for breakfast. Looking like it is not like pizza?
Cool hairy belly: crispy, with a local beer, the best choice for night time.
Kebabs: The kebabs are super large, and the gossip is tender and the gospel of the little friend who loves meat.
A variety of pilaf: the most famous is the mutton pilaf, if it is a small partner who does not like to eat lamb, you can taste chicken pilaf, it is also very delicious.
In a word, in Xinjiang, the boss is afraid that you will not eat enough.
Noodles: Combine the practice of Shanxi noodles and Lanzhou noodles, plus a large bowl of ingredients (greens, tomatoes, meat), and the face can be continued for free.
    About the trip:
I started from Baotou, Inner Mongolia, and the train went to Urumqi in order to enjoy the uninhabited Gobi Desert along the way. The return journey was made by Urumqi directly to Hohhot. Other partners in other regions can choose aircraft + high-speed rail and other modes. If you are coming to the northwest for the first time, it is recommended to fly to Lanzhou and then train to Urumqi to feel the vast northwestern sky.
Day1: Arrive in Urumqi–Hongshan Park (suitable for watching the sunset, and the night view of Urumqi)–Xinjiang Museum (stops at 16:30, opens at 10:00 in summer; opens at 10:30 in winter)–(International Grand Bazaar : If you still have time, you can check it out. The exterior style is old-fashioned Xinjiang Uygur style. The interior is somewhat like a wholesale market. It is not recommended to buy items. The asking price is high. If it is really buying things, then according to the main price of the store. It is advisable to buy a 20% discount on the basis of 25%.)

     Text article:
Starting from Baotou, Inner Mongolia on June 29, I chose to take the train and feel the changes of the landscape. I arrived at the destination 29 hours later. On the 30th, I arrived in Urumqi at 7:30 pm. I thought it was When the sun sets out, the sun shines high, feels the dry warm air of 32 degrees Celsius, settles the baggage, the first task is to solve the empty stomach, and I found a house called “Dongyi Cooking” that night. The shop, this is a shopping center, there are all kinds of food on the 5th floor, so I ordered a crab bean flower and two baked buns, and of course I have to taste the fresh beer.
After satisfying the stomach, I have to go back to the hotel to rest. I chose Xinjiang Zunmao Yindu Hotel on the first day, because the museum to go to the next day and Hongshan Park are relatively close.
Day 1: After eating breakfast at the hotel, I went to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum. Because it opened at 10 o’clock, I can sleep late and I don’t need to buy a ticket. Because the government is free to open, I only need to bring my ID card. I can enter by verification. Every time I go to a strange city, I will choose to go to the local museum, because the museum is the most convenient and quick place to learn about some local culture and history. As part of the Silk Road, combined with the multi-ethnic culture and customs, I am more curious about its history.
The exhibition in the museum is a variety of cultural treasures. The most shocking thing for me is the female body of Loulan (slightly amazed, so I didn’t take a photo). The description of Loulan’s bride next to me can’t help but think of the “Lou Lan Bride” written by Xi Murong:
    my lover
    Once with tears
    Bury me
    Beaded jade
    Wrap my smooth body
    Use the trembling hand again
Insert the bird feather on my satin hair
It’s afternoon in the museum. I went to a restaurant in the nearby “Little Horse” restaurant. He had delicious Jiangmi cakes and another gourmet food in Xinjiang (the big one baked in the pit of the roasting pot). The mutton is twice as big as the local kebabs. It is highly recommended for small friends who love meat. I will have enough to eat.
After a good deal of my thin body, I will continue the journey of the next destination: Hongshan Park (also does not need tickets) I heard that there is a Ferris wheel in the park, overlooking Urumu.
Looking at photos, is it also a feeling of a big city?
Public transportation in Urumqi is more convenient than taking a taxi because it is really a traffic jam. Although there are viaducts, ring roads, there are ongoing subway projects. Therefore, the small partners can easily choose public transportation. The opening time of Hongshan Park is until 21 o’clock. Because the summer sun in Xinjiang is only 22 o’clock, it is regrettable that there is no way to see the scenery of the setting sun. If it is autumn, you can enjoy the garden in the setting sun. Red leaves.
In the evening, I stayed at the Cultural Theme Salon Hotel in Mustang Road, Xinjiang, because I found out that this is not just a hotel, but also includes the ecological park, Huyang exhibition area, and Mustang base, but since the next day I have decided to go to Turpan. The train, therefore, decisively re-established the hotel on the last day.
Day 2: Book a train from Urumqi to Turpan in the morning (there are a lot of trains from Urumqi to Turpan. Generally, the trains in the morning are more popular, and you need to book in advance on 12306), so you will start early, the cultural theme of Xinjiang Mustang Road Station The salon can pack breakfast and it is necessary to inform the front desk before 20 o’clock the day before. The first stop to reach Turpan is the legendary Flame Mountain (ticket 40 yuan / person), near the noon when the surface temperature is almost 80 degrees Celsius, there is no trace of moisture in the air, I feel can evaporate everything, I carry a bottle with a light The salt water was drunk in less than half an hour (to Turpan must bring enough water, but also to do sun protection measures).
The clouds in the air slowly gathered together, and the wind and the rising heat waves, looking at them, are yellow-red hills, layered on top of each other, reminding them of the old version of “Journey to the West” that children should broadcast in the summer and winter holidays. The fragment of this is really formed when the alchemy furnace of “Tai Shang Laojun” was overturned.
The side of the flame mountain, the close-up of the camera pulled out.
Today’s second destination is China’s third largest desert “Kumutag Desert” (tickets 50 yuan / person), is also the nearest desert to the city, like a “sea” of yellow sand, sand dunes are boundless. “Curious to kill the cat”, I tried to step on it barefoot, and the foot was burned and hurt.
Because it is close to the city, it has been developed very comprehensively, and you can choose a lot of facilities to play, including desert off-road vehicles (120-150 yuan), sand board (30 yuan), camel riding (150 yuan), so the small partners can Choose according to your own preferences. When the temperature is too high, it is not recommended to play sand board. Desert off-road vehicles can also choose to ride or drive by yourself (300 yuan). Of course, if you like stimulation, you can choose a driving instructor to accompany you and drive yourself. You can surf in the desert buggy.
In the end, I once again experienced the “curiosity killing cat”, chose the beach buggy, the off-road car brother rushed to the top of one dune, and then rushed down, the feeling of stimulation really seems to be playing roller coaster If there is a small partner who is as fearful as me, be careful. Turning over one sand dune one by one, to the deeper part of the desert, there are only traces of wind passing over the sand dunes. After a while, I look back and leave only a row of footprints behind me. This is the desert and straight tobacco!
Day 3: To drive for nearly 7 hours, rush to calm and enjoy the beauty of another color in northern Xinjiang—-Bayinbulak grassland. At the ticket office, the black clouds are low-pressure, and it looks like a splash of heavy rain. But when you enter the scenic spot by the landscape car, it is a view of the sun shining through the thick clouds. The green of a horse is the Bayinbulak. The grassland gave me the first impression, I want to turn myself into a wild horse, galloping on this vast grassland, fortunately not drenched in the rain, the air is damp, mixed with the sweetness of grass and earth. “Nine Curves and Eighteen Bends” is the best place to watch the sunset. Although the sunset in the northern Xinjiang is rare, the scenery is enough for people to dump.
Day 4: Today’s destination is the Nalati grassland. If you think the grassland is the same, then you are wrong. Unlike the Bayinbulak grassland of Yima Hirakawa, the beauty of Nalati lies in its hills covered with green blankets; it lies in its cedar forest, in its valley, in its misty peaks.
The green of northern Xinjiang is higher than that of northern Xinjiang. Although the temperature has dropped rapidly, it has given me more touch. The uncle who met Nalati saw me wearing a thin coat (I tried on a coat, but the temperature on the mountain was lower), and I gave my jacket to me; the girl who lived in the yurt in the forest gave me a taste of my own brew. Yogurt; the little boy who took the cheese in hand and exchanged snacks with me, shouted at me with a bit of awkward Mandarin: “Sister, come next time!”
When you come to Nalati Grassland, you can choose to take a tour bus to reach the top of the mountain and feel the fog in the mountains, 100 yuan per person. You can also choose to ride up the mountain, which is also 100 yuan per person, but the route of the horse road is different from that of the tour bus. The grass grows more lush, but it is less than the top. If you haven’t been riding a horse’s partner, it is recommended to try horseback riding, as you can stroll through the mountains and feel the different views of the Lati steppe.
Day 5: Departure to Sailimu Lake in the morning. The Saimu Lake in the hearts of the northern Xinjiang people is like the Nam Co in the hearts of the Tibetans. It is also called the “last tear of the Atlantic Ocean”. On the way to Sailimu Lake, the path to the Guogou Bridge, looking up at the bridge, feeling the 200-meter high bridge pier, only to know how big it is. When I walked through the mountains and looked back, I didn’t mean to find that the road with the arc turned out to be like the train track in Harry Potter. The lake of Sailimu Lake is pure and clear to the bottom of the heart. When you look at the past, you know what it means to be “the first line of Tianshui.”
The water color in the vicinity is blue-gray, gradually turning into a blue-green color, and the connection with the sky turns into a blue color, which blends with the sky. The snow-capped mountains that are faintly visible in the distance are the Tianshan Mountains. The white snow that is faintly visible on the mountains is just right because of the low-floating clouds in the sky. The last tears are pure and clean.
Gently touch the lake with your hands, cool your heart, and have a hint of sea salt in your mouth.
Say goodbye to the pure blue of Sailimu Lake, come to the famous Yadan landform in Devil City, unlike the Danxia landform in Gansu Province, where the stones are not stacked. The mountain, but the land has been formed by wind and desertification. As long as you imagine, all kinds of sand piled up, it becomes a cute seal, a lion looking up to the east, a cheetah preying on it, a peacock that is about to open, an ancient Egyptian sphinx and a whole army ready to go. Warship.
There are three classic attractions in the Devil City, which can take a small train for tourists. However, if you have a small time partner, it is recommended to take the small train to the first attraction and then choose to go to the second and third attractions. .
Day 6: I drove to Hemu early in the morning and arrived at the destination at 8:00 in the evening. Although the road was very flat in Xinjiang, the speed limit was very serious, so it was more time-consuming. I booked a log cabin on Hemu. (The accommodation here is not as clean and tidy as the city, just to provide visitors with a local experience, but the price and accommodation prices are high, but it is worthwhile to see the beautiful starry sky.)
In the evening, I want to watch the stars at night. I can’t help but look forward to the evening, because the summer sunset in Xinjiang is too late. At zero, there is only one star in the sky with the moon. I can only wait patiently in the jacket and cotton pad. Fortunately, the hard work pays off, the starry sky is gradually visible, until nearly three in the morning, the stars are full of the sky, as if in the Milky Way, the camera exposed 40 minutes to record the beautiful star track, I am sure this night It will be an unforgettable night in my life.
The first time I saw such a starry sky, I was so excited that I couldn’t sleep, but I still had to watch the sunrise the next day, so I urged myself to sleep for two hours. At five o’clock, I got up again. (Remember to wear it very thick. I put on all that I can wear. In the cold, I stood for more than an hour, but I firmly believe that the beautiful scenery is worth waiting patiently. Not much to say, put the picture directly.
The sun is still hidden behind the mountains, and everything around it is a black silhouette.
The moment the sun leaked from the top of the mountain, the surrounding area was plated with gold, and even the grassy pastures around it were turned into a golden color.
In addition to the sunrise in the early morning of Hemu, there is also a beautiful scenery that is intoxicating. That is the morning fog in the distant mountains, like the tulle that the fairy is holding.
The summer of Hemu is a verdant green, high grass over the knees, wildflowers of various colors, dense birch forest, and sun and grass cabins.
Looking forward to the autumn in a few years, you can also come back to Hemu, see the red leaves of the mountains, and the autumn is crisp, it will definitely have more charm.
Day 7: Continue north to Kanas, Kanas Lake is famous for its water monsters, but Kanas Lake attracts tourists from all over the world. It is not only its mystery, but also the dark green fusion from the pure Sailimu Lake. The blue is blue, and its color is more intense. Because of the different terrains, it is not a constant calm, but some places are as quiet as a piece of jade, and some places have waves and the water is rushing.
There is a sightseeing bus in Kanas, which leads directly to the heart of Kanas Lake. Then you can choose to take a boat trip to the beautiful scenery of Kanas Lake. Then take a sightseeing bus through the Three Great Lakes. The bus arrives at the first attraction (Shenxian Bay), then hikes to the remaining two attractions (Moon Bay, Wolong Bay), then take the bus to Wolong Bay to the exit.
The most famous of Kanas Lake are: Moon Bay, Wolong Bay and Shenxian Bay. Moon Bay is named after a round of crescent moon. There are two islands in the water that resemble footprints. According to the scenic tour guide, the locals think that this is the footprint left by the gods. Wolong Bay is named after a dragon-shaped island in the water. Shenxian Bay is the lake of Kanas Lake flowing through the grassland. It was named after the intermittent swamp, shallow talk and wet land.
Day 8: Today’s itinerary is a mysterious colorful beach. It is famous for the great difference between the two sides of the strait. One side is wet land and dense woods, while the other side is eroded by rivers and sands all the year round. It is different from the Devil City. The Yadan landform, the minerals contained in the rocks are different, so it is amazing to morph all kinds of rock. In the summer months from July to August, the little friends here must pay attention to anti-mosquito, wear special anti-mosquito caps, and wear long-sleeved tops and trousers. The mosquitoes here are also called “small bites.”
Day 9: Today’s destination is: Tianshan Tianchi. It is the second largest Tianchi in China after Changbai Mountain Tianchi. After arriving in Fukang City, there is a special shuttle bus to Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area. The whole journey takes only two hours. It is necessary to prepare a coat because of the temperature difference between the mountain and the mountain. Very large, there are scenic cars in the scenic area that can reach the top of the mountain. Standing in the northwest of Tianchi, you can clearly see the most famous Bogda peak in the Tianshan Mountains. The snow and clouds at the top of the mountain blend.
To the northeast is the dense Songhai, also known as “Yaochi sail”, you can see a variety of birds, listening to a variety of bird calls.
On foot, you can see two eucalyptus trees clinging together, the locals call it “Dinghai God Needle”, also known as “Lian Li Shu”.
There is a big bay in the southwest of Tianchi. The water surface is calm, reflecting the shadow of the mountain and the woods. It is really impossible to tell the picture here. The west bank of the Tianchi Lake is like a tortoise in the north and south, and the forefoot is inserted into the lake. It is called the “turtle dam” and symbolizes longevity.
Day 10: Returning to Urumqi is noon. After lunch, I booked the cultural theme salon hotel of Xinjiang Mustang Road Station, which was booked before lunch. I visited the Mustang Ecological Park, the largest silicified wood protection base and the ancient Huyang protection base.
According to the scenic tour guide, the wild horse here is the only remaining sweaty horse in China, which is extremely rare. The huge silicified wood is the ancient poplar tree that has been petrified after thousands of years of weathering, and it is unique in other places.
As the northern Xinjiang line came to an end, all the colors were slowly displayed in front of us. There was endless yellow, lush green, pure and intoxicating blue. I lamented the wonders of nature and ended the journey with beautiful memories.
